This sticker indicates a Magna Carta connection and can be added to profiles of people documented by Douglas Richardson in Magna Carta Ancestry. Use and placement of the sticker is detailed below.
To add this sticker to a profile, place the string similar to the text in Code used: column of Examples table anywhere in the biography part of the profile. Usually you should put it next to the text describing a Sticker, but it should always be below the == Biography == heading and above the == Sources == heading.

Notes
- This sticker can be added to profiles that represent people documented by Douglas Richardson in his 2nd edition of Magna Carta Ancestry, published in 2011 (see the WikiTree source page Magna Carta Ancestry) in addition to its use by the Magna Carta Project for project purposes.
- If you are adding this sticker to a non-project profile, please also add text to explain the Magna Carta connection and include a citation to the entry for the person in Richardson's Magna Carta Ancestry.
- The Magna Carta Project sticker will be removed from profiles without an appropriate explanation and Magna Carta Ancestry citation. Also, using the sticker on a profile for someone who died before 1215 or was born after 1715 will trigger a database error (Error 846 or Error 847, respectively) that can be resolved by removing {{Magna Carta Project}} from the profile or replacing the sticker with a Descendant sticker (see this page for coding you could use for a descendant of a gateway ancestor or surety baron).
